2018 Ford Galaxie. By the end of the year, we expect to see the 2018 Ford Galaxie, which will be a second-year model, after a complete redesign, which was done last year. This MVC has been in large production for more than 20 years. During this period, we saw three generations. The original model was introduced in 1995 and was in production until 2006.
Then we saw the second generation model, which is installed on the Mondeo platform. Finally, we saw the third generation last year. The latest model was introduced in 2014, which began serial production last summer. Just like previous models, they are also developed in Germany, designed primarily for the European market.
With a tour around the external MBV file, you will realize that it is larger than its predecessors. The windshield is also larger while the nose seats are lower than the outbound models. In terms of dimensions, the 2018 Ford Galaxie extends 187. 8 inches long, 74.2 inches wide and stands at 65.4 inches.
In the foreground, the new car features a curved striped grille surrounded by LED backlights. The front bumper is also revised and features a large air intake while the bottom of the bumper is fitted with modified fog lights. At the rear, the car will have a rear-door upright and redesigned tail lamps like Mondeo.
The minimum levels of the MPV will achieve 16-inch alloy wheels, while the upper tires will feature 17-inch alloy wheels. The cabin of the 2018 Ford Galaxie does not feature many other changes; the car maker will only tweak it to make it look more stylish and modern. The cabin will accommodate 7 passengers on the three-seat arrangement. The seats will be upholstered in a low-quality cloth for low-cut decor and leather in the top decorations.
The car will include the new angular flap dash which unfortunately will not be as athletic as the previous model. Soft plastics will cover most of the surfaces of the cabin. The driver’s seat is power adjustable as is the steering wheel. Ford will offer a touch screen navigation system as a standard, but as an option that would attract a price of $2000. The 2018 Ford Galaxie maker also offers an entertainment option for a rear seat DVD featuring small screens fitted at the back of the front headrests.
The car provides plenty of cargo space that can be further expanded by folding the rear seats. It also features an audio system with 18 speakers. Expect Bluetooth connectivity, USB ports and intelligent integration. In terms of safety, the vehicle will be equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system, intelligent speed dialer, adjustment control, lane maintenance help, automatic braking with pedestrian detection and adaptive LED headlamps as standard. Other features will be offered as an option.

The diesel engine will be a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder tsu unit capable of producing 162 hp.
